Returns & Refunds
To ensure fast deliveries to our customers, all items are processed throughout the day. Orders can be canceled before they have been marked as “Shipped”. We are unable to recall or cancel already shipped packages. You can view the status of your order here.
For sanitary/hygienic purposes, all sales are final. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us).
For orders that have already been sent, customers may refuse the unopened package upon delivery to have it sent back to our warehouse. Please note that refused packages, or un-deliverable items are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Refused packages, Bounced orders, or un-deliverable items are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not provide nor compensate for return shipping service.
Please contact us if you have received a defective or incorrect item to receive a replacement.
