Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with the MQ adult store. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service to all our customers. However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Please review our return policy below.

To ensure fast deliveries to our customers, all items are processed throughout the day.  Orders can be canceled before they have been marked as “Shipped”. We are unable to recall or cancel already shipped packages. You can view the status of your order here.


For sanitary/hygienic purposes, all sales are final. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us).

For orders that have already been sent, customers may refuse the unopened package upon delivery to have it sent back to our warehouse. Please note that refused packages or un-deliverable items are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that it was received.

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Any item that has been opened or used
  • Any item that is not in its original packaging
  • Any item that is not in its original condition
  • Any intimate apparel, such as lingerie or underwear, due to hygiene reasons

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number, email, last name, and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.


Refused packages, Bounced orders, or un-deliverable items are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not provide nor compensate for return shipping service.

If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a replacement or refund for the defective item. Please contact us if you have received a defective or incorrect item to receive a replacement.
